Cancellation Policy

Plan ahead…..

Your “time out” is important!

  • Jill Lewis – Holistic Therapies requires AT LEAST A FULL 48 HOURS' NOTICE if you are unable to attend your treatment for whatever reason. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to the full cost of the treatment. Less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to half of the cost of the treatment.

  • Payment is required within 7 days from your cancelled treatment.

  • Cancellations should be made by a phone call or email. 

  • Contraindications-If you do not let us know of any special medical conditions at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate you on your visit. Cancellation of treatments is subject to the FULL COST of the treatment.

  • Prepaid treatments (inc Vouchers and standing order clients) that are cancelled with less than the required 24/48 hours’ notice or you fail to attend your session these are subject to the cancellation fee as shown above (vouchers will be deemed unusable) 

  • If you do not contact Jill Lewis – Holistic Therapies at all & fail to turn up, you will be charged the FULL COST of the treatment. 

  • Payment for your missed session is required within 7 days.

  • Any future bookings, payment will be required at least 1 week prior to the appointment via Bank Transfer or cash.

 

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.
 

  • If you arrive late to your session it will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

  • Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session. 

  • If you know that you are not going to make the session and don't want to be charged for it then please contact me as per above. 

  • (Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly)
